APPLICATION:

The new Model B3/AC prints on objects with flat, curved or uneven surfaces. It will produce a sharply defined, accurately registered print on such articles as containers, bottles and vials for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals; springs, transistors, diodes, connectors and capacitors for electronics; electrical switches, bulbs, sockets and plastic parts for house wares and toys. In fact, it prints on almost any item made of plastic, metal, glass, ceramic, rubber or wood. The B3/AC is the ideal machine for small batches and constantly changing part shapes. HOW IT IS DONE:

The flexible pad takes up the print copy impression. As the flexible pad moves to take up the imprint, the inking rollers simultaneously travel over the inking disc and inks the type on the downward movement. The shape of the object to be printed governs whether it is pressed on the pad or rolled across to receive the impression.
